1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort cater exclusively to adult guests who are 18 years of age or older. By confirming your age on the gateway page, you declare that this applies to you. Photo identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are displayed in EUR and include applicable statutory VAT; local tourist tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Settlement is collected at check-out unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; failure to arrive results in a charge for the entire stay. Best Available Rates permit cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.

5. Guest conduct

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay where a guest poses a risk to staff or fellow guests, causes property damage, violates our gaming regulations, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and is available exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion programmes and personal limits can be arranged at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to ensure a safe environment. Our liability is restricted to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, imagery, logos, design) belongs to Rubyevergreenchateau or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
